✨ Prepare daily receipt files and provide support for AR posting and cash application in SAP.
✨ Verify customer payments and clear outstanding invoices.
✨ Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
✨ Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers and support collection of follow-ups on overdue invoices.
✨ Maintain accurate AR records and support documentation.
✨ Follow up on unapplied and unidentified receipts.
✨ Assist with month-end closing activities and AR reporting.
✨ Support the Finance team with AR-related activities and other ad hoc assignment.
