Job Description

Commercial Strategy & Business Growth,
Lead overall B2C commercial and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth initiatives.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels.
Drive sustainable business growth across Thailand and CLMV markets.
Build scalable commercial structure, sales processes, governance systems and reporting frameworks to support long-term growth.

Brand , Marketing & Product Leadership,
Lead brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
Oversee product launches, promotions, influencer campaigns, and KOL activities.
Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize growth strategies.
Ensure strong and consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with Product Development , Medical, Regulatory, and Sales teams to ensure accurate and compliant product communication.
Drive innovation and commercialization strategies.

E-commerce & Social Commerce,
Drive growth digital commerce platform & Oversee digital marketing, CRM, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies.
Optimize campaign performance, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.

Leadership & Team Management,
Lead and develop Commercial, Marketing, Brand, and E-commerce teams.
Build a high-performance culture with strong accountability and collaboration.
Set KPIs, coach team members, and drive capability development across functions.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or related fields.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Commercial, Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Leadership roles.
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing commercial and marketing teams.
Strong background in Skincare, Cosmetics, Consumer Healthcare industries.
Proven experience in B2C, E-commerce, Social Commerce, and Consumer Marketing.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and online sales ecosystems.
Experience scaling fast-growing brands or businesses is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Thai.
