– Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute strategic projects, especially for expansion to new market segments and regions.
– Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
– Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve workflows, processes, and performance.
Fundraising & Stakeholder Communication
– Prepare materials, reports, and narratives that communicate the company’s business progress and strategy to investors and various external stakeholders.
– Assist leadership in shaping a clear and compelling economic story for fundraising.
– Support due diligence by coordinating information, data, and documentation across teams.
