Job Description

>> Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
>> Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
>> Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and standard business applications.
>> Manage user accounts, email, and access (Active Directory).
>> Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (e.g., SMAX, ServiceNow).
>> Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and basic server issues.
>> Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
>> Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Commute to this job’s location.
