Regional Leadership & Strategy:
– Develop and execute the long-term regional roadmap in close collaboration with HQ. Ensure the Asia strategy aligns with global objectives while remaining culturally, commercially, and operationally relevant to local markets.
Full P&L Ownership:
– Manage the regional budget, resource allocation, and financial forecasting. You are responsible for the overall health, profitability, and scalability of the APAC business.
Office & Operational Leadership:
– Oversee and continuously improve local operations, compliance, and workflows, ensuring the Singapore hub effectively supports commercial activities as well as customer support and service delivery.
Team Building (Recruitment & Leadership):
– Attract, hire, and mentor a growing Asia team across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Services. You will further shape the culture of the Singapore hub while building on existing foundations.
Commercial Growth & Customer Expansion:
– Lead strategic sales efforts, key account management, and regional partnerships. You will continue to grow and deepen an existing customer portfolio while expanding the pipeline through a localized marketing and go-to-market engine.
Customer Support & Services Enablement:
– Ensure high-quality support and service delivery across the region, working closely with global teams to drive customer success, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Cross-Continental Collaboration:
– Act as the primary bridge between the Singapore office and HQ, ensuring seamless communication, strong execution, and continuous product–market fit for the Asian territory.
