Job Description

🧏 Handle unlimited pass claims and/or collections including other Rapid Bus revenue / products. 🧏 Issue invoices for charter services, safety briefing, waste disposal and other ad-hoc services. 🧏 Prepare for SST submission every 2 months. 🧏 Submit e-consolidated invoice before 7th every month. 🧏 Liaise and/or issue reminder letters to debtors. 🧏 Prepare journal vouchers for month-end closing purposes. 🧏 Assist and handle audit queries. 🧏 Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required or upon request by superior/supervisor.

Job Requirement

Academic / Professional Qualifications
🧏 Minimum qualification Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent field.
🧏 Professional accounting qualification (such as CA or ACCA & etc.) is an advantage.

Years of Experience
🧏 Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Management Accounting is required.
