– Bachelor or above degree major in Molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, genetics or bioinformatics.
– Familiar with Next Generation Sequencing, genomics, genetics field and market, be familiar with gene sequencers or application areas.
– At least 2 years sales/technical support experience in genetics/genomics related instrument, good sense of services.
– Excellent in communication, coordination, and teamwork, willing to accept challenges and stress tolerant.
– Highly self-motivated, strong willing and good ability to learn new technologies and skills, be adapted to frequent business trips.
– Network of established customer relationships preferred.
– Demonstrating superior problem-solving and interpersonal skills in a customer-facing environment.
– Clear vision of and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
