The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for –
(1) Increasing sales volume and conversion rate,
(2) Achieving the sales targets,
(3) Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members and Monitoring their performance,
(4) Tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives,
(5) Assisting Marketing Manager in planning effective sales strategies,
(6) Communicating with clients and evaluate their needs,
(7) Addressing customer’s issues in a timely manner,
(8) Creating reports, analyzing and interpreting retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition, and
(9) Conducting regular audits to ensure the branches is functional and presentable.
