Job Description

1. Respond to incoming messages promptly and accurately via mobile phone. 
2. Assist customers without complaint by searching for products they inquire about on the Shein website, and provide them with the correct size chart and accurate pricing.
3. Provide daily operational support and assist the department with its needs.
4. Read and review all assigned advertisements and inquiries in a timely manner without missing any, and provide responses.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Page Admin. (Individuals without experience are also encouraged to apply if interested.)
2. Must be friendly and able to respond to inquiries accurately and quickly.
3. Must be able to work well within a team.
4. Must be proficient in using Business Suite.
5. Work Device: Must be able to respond to messages primarily using a mobile phone and provide fast, accurate replies.
6. Education: Minimum qualification: High School graduate. (Must have completed all school commitments.)
7. Age: 18 to 25 years old.
