Job Description

πŸ‘Œ Provide excellent and high calibre client service delivery to ensure a positive client experience.
πŸ‘Œ Provide timely and effective resolution of all client queries via telephone, email or chat.
πŸ‘ŒProactively respond to and manage inbound client queries professionally and efficiently.
πŸ‘ŒAssist clients in using our platform and on our products to increase our profitability through maximising clients’ account volumes.
πŸ‘ŒProvide technical support for clients’ software problems relating to the platform ο‚· Participate in targeted outbound reactivation calling to dormant account holders.
πŸ‘ŒCarry out administration duties where required, including account upgrading.
πŸ‘ŒProvide support to clients from other regions as part of our around the clock service.
πŸ‘ŒLiaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner to ensure a consistently high level of client service.
πŸ‘ŒMaintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the role and participate in appropriate training.
πŸ‘ŒUndertake such other duties, training and / or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general responsibility of this role.
πŸ‘ŒThis may entail occasional after hours’ support.

Job Requirement

πŸ‘ŒThai Speaker (the languages are essential for client communications).
πŸ‘Œ1 year of experience in an Crypto/FX Sales/Retention role or any form of sales (is a plus).
πŸ‘ŒExperience in financial products or from a financial industry would be ideal but not compulsory.
πŸ‘ŒStrong commercial acumen with experience in brief business competitor analysis and ability to be proactive in maintaining business relationships.
πŸ‘ŒAs this is a sales position, we are looking for individuals who are used to working in a number-driven performance environment and experience in achievements in any sales targets would be ideal.
πŸ‘ŒEager to learn new things fast and to have regular training.
πŸ‘ŒTeam player ο‚· Result oriented and self-motivated person.
