 Guide and accompany tour groups on domestic and/or international trips.
 Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, and transport providers during tours.
 Ensure guest satisfaction by providing clear information, assistance, and problem-solving during trips.
 Handle basic reporting after tours (feedback, expenses, and issues faced).
 Represent the company positively with respectful and professional behavior.
