Job Description

👉 Assisting in the verification, recording, and dispatching of invoices to clients.
👉 Actively monitoring and following up on outstanding payments via email and phone.
👉 Supporting the reconciliation process of incoming payments with AR records.
👉 Assisting in the preparation of periodic AR aging reports for management review.
👉 Ensuring all AR documentation and files are maintained accurately and neatly.

Job Requirement

👉 An active university student (minimum 6th semester) or a Fresh Graduate committed to a full-time internship.
👉 Currently pursuing or a graduate of Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
👉 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Table) is mandatory.
👉 Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
👉 Able to commit to a full 3-month internship program.
