– Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications preferred.
– Experience in using laser cutting machines, preferably in steel fabrication (but not essential).
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.

– Basic computer literacy (e.g., production reporting systems, email).
