* Partner with business leaders, business partners and managers to implement robust talent identification processes, including annual talent review cycle and succession planning.
* Analyze workforce data and performance metrics to identify high-potential employees and critical roles.
* Support the implementation of assessment tools to evaluate employees’ competencies, potential, and readiness.
* Track talent pipeline movements and develop regular dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
* Monitor participation and progress of talents in development initiatives and provide regular reports on outcomes and effectiveness.
* Work with Learning & Development teams and external vendors to curate and deliver learning solutions.
* Identify opportunities to improve talent management processes and propose enhancements leveraging technology, Gen AI and best practices.
