Job Description

• Lead and Mentor a Team: Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members.
• Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales target.
• Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends: Optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities through customers’ feedback and updated market trend.
• Ensure High Standards of Customer Service: Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Align sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Oversee Visual Merchandising and Product Displays: Maximize sales potential through effective product presentation.
• Monitor and Maintain Inventory Levels: Ensure appropriate stock levels on shelves and in-store.
• Conduct Daily Sales Briefings: Provide updates on status and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist in Recruiting and Onboarding: Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales staff.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies, SOP, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Prepare and Present Sales and inventory Reports: Deliver sales reports & inventory report to upper management.
• Manage Relationships with customers: Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree holder.
– 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Additional Qualifications
– Experience in retail showroom management is highly desirable.
– Proficiency in POS software and Microsoft Office suite.
-Strong knowledge of construction materials and home appliances industry.
– Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and inventory management.
– Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
– Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement new sales strategies.
