> Ensure excellent customer service for cargo transportation from start to finish, and promptly inform as well as provide solutions to partners and customers whenever any changes occur during service delivery.
> Build good relationships and cooperation with customers, suppliers, and partner companies to ensure that operations run smoothly in accordance with the company’s service standards.
> Receive and verify Pre-alert notifications and documents with agents and customers.
> Create Job Files in the data management system (E-Cargo System) and input data into the ASYHUB system (Customs system).
> Create Job Files in the data management system (E-Cargo System).
> Track import cargo shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness, as well as send and review documents with customers.
> Prepare and send documents to customers for verification and approval.
> Prepare and send Arrival Notices of cargo to customers.
> Review and verify invoices from shipping lines/transportation companies.
> Coordinate with shipping lines/transportation companies to surrender the HBL (House Bill of Lading).
> Prepare and instruct outdoor operations officers to go to the airport to collect original Airway Bills (AWB).
> Arrange trucks for cargo delivery to customers for DAP (Delivered at Place) shipments.
> Prepare THC (Terminal Handling Charge) documents to hand over to customers.
> Prepare and send documents to the Accounting Department.
> Send Proof of Release documents to partners.
> Participate in meetings and various training sessions assigned by management.
> Be punctual for work and report to the department head in case of absence.
> Perform other duties assigned by management.
