– Ensure strict GMP and regulatory compliance by working with production to effectively implement and maintain all quality system requirements.
– Act as the primary bridge between central quality and the shop floor to communicate quality requirements and drive day-to-day operation – quality compliance.
– Precisely follow and translate corporate global methods into local procedures to satisfy Colgate QS, and regulatory standards.
– Support new product technical transfers (eTT) and Experimental Manufacturing Orders (EMO) while managing quality inspection plans for in-house components.
– Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of all production, analytical, and packaging laboratory equipment.
– Manage the validation lifecycle by executing performance and equipment validations and writing summary reports.
– Enforce accurate data reporting, record maintenance, and statistical analysis (including Statistical Process Control) across all quality operations.
– To achieve annual quality KPI and individual objectives with the Analytical Lab, Online Quality (OLQ), and Packaging teams.
– Participate in investigations for customer and consumer complaints , non conformance issue not only h inhouse but also supplier and to ensure swift resolution.
– Develop and implement comprehensive sampling, retention, and testing programs for raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished products.
– Manage laboratory operational spending (CEB) while driving overall cost and operational effectiveness.
– Maintain competence in routine lab testing, safety protocols, and chemical waste disposal in accordance with local environmental regulations.
– Monitor process capability, identify emerging trends via failure investigations, and collaborate with the water system team on continuous improvements.
– Own assigned Quality Standards, lead staff training, conduct internal audits, and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
