• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract signing, and account handover.

• Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Air & Sea Freight Sales Leadership,
• Handle and oversee both air and sea freight sales processes, including pricing, routing, carrier selection, and service offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, shipping lines, agents, and overseas partners to support competitive pricing and service reliability.
Team Leadership & Performance Management,
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales and marketing team to improve performance and professional development.
• Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Develop and execute sales procedures, pipelines, and reporting structures to ensure consistency and transparency.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, strategic customers, and high-value prospects.
