> Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24 projects in the Private banking domain.
> Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure.
> Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan.
> Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals.
> Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.
> Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.
> Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions).
