: 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, retail training, or field coaching.
: Must have hands-on frontline retail store experience, such as store sales, store operations(such as visual merchandising or product display), store management, or in-store coaching.
: Experience delivering training to different store levels, including sales associates, store managers, and area managers.
: Experience in lifestyle retail, fashion, beauty, consumer goods, stationery, cultural creative products, or related retail industries is strongly preferred.
: Strong execution capability, follow-up ability, and result orientation.
: Able to conduct training independently and provide practical coaching in stores.
: Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
: Experience working with cross-cultural teams or Southeast Asian markets is preferred.
: Able to accept frequent store visits and business travel to Singapore and Malaysia.
: Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and hands-on problem-solving ability.
