• 1. Assist in any area as needed.
• 2. Wash and cut raw meat.
• 3. Clean cold rooms daily.
• 4. Change water in (2) foot baths twice a day. (1 time in the morning, 1 time in the evening).
• 5. Clean drains daily.
• 6. Check lighting and power sockets in the production area upon leaving the office and turn off unnecessary switches.
Cleaning
• Clean the entire production area and surrounding area in a hygienic manner. Wear a full uniform during office hours.
• Clean equipment after use and clean the floor at least (1) to (2) times a day. (2) Wash hands (1) before lunch and (1) at the end of work. Cleaning should be a priority in the individual’s cleaning and process management.
