Job Description

>Provide real-time customer support via online chat, handling user inquiries related to deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, futures trading, spot trading, account security, and other platform services.
>Respond promptly to user complaints and disputes, manage and de-escalate user concerns, and follow internal procedures to ensure proper resolution and case closure.
>Document user issues and recurring feedback, and relay them to the Operations and Technical teams to support product and service improvements.
>Strictly adhere to risk control and compliance policies, including not promising investment returns, not operating user accounts on their behalf, and never requesting users’ private keys.

Job Requirement

> Solid understanding of basic cryptocurrency concepts, including wallets, wallet addresses, on-chain transactions, and fundamental exchange operations.
>Fast typing speed with clear, patient, and professional communication skills; strong stress tolerance and willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
>Prior customer support experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, or blockchain-related projects is preferred.
> Basic English reading and writing skills are an advantage; candidates must have no history of involvement in fraud or illegal/grey-market activities.
> Bachelor’s Degree.
> 1+ years of work experience with Cryptocurrency.
> 1+ years of work experience with Blockchain.
