*** Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs that support employee growth, comply with internal procedures, and meet regulatory requirements.
*** Implement people management program and organizational effectiveness interventions in aligning with business goals.
*** Provide a broad range of roll out and execution services for all levels of employees to identify people management processes, including policies, procedures, problem solving, dispute resolution, and compliance.
*** Conduct training to managers and employees focusing on supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills.
*** Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, dashboards, and management reporting via analytic tools and HRIS reporting Work with other team members to assess and evaluate requests and needs from the various business units.
*** Demonstrate a commitment to improve and comply with SSHE policy, environment regulations as well as labor law.
*** Performs other related duties as assigned.
