– Must be responsible for cleaning the office and outside the office.
– Must drive, refuel, and maintain records of repairs.
– Must coordinate with M&E to repair general office repairs in a timely manner.
– Must purchase necessary equipment for office vehicles.
– Must rent new dormitories for employees, renew leases.
– Must be able to accurately purchase the required materials.
– Must be able to complete the assigned tasks and instructions of the manager in a timely manner according to the business
needs.
