1) Operations & Field Maintenance,
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on commercial, industrial (C&I), and utility-scale solar PV systems.
Inverter & Battery Servicing: Clean, inspect, test, and conduct monthly/quarterly operational cycle checks for inverters and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Fault & Error Resolution: Address, troubleshoot, and resolve system fault codes and incoming error tickets escalated to the O&M team.

Testing & Commissioning: Execute thorough testing and commissioning procedures following new installations or major retrofits.

System Monitoring & Connectivity
Remote Monitoring & RMS: Track system performance, monitor real-time alerts, and analyze data via online portals and Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) to maximize plant uptime and energy yield.

Communications & Data Setup: Verify, troubleshoot, and maintain proper data logging and Wi-Fi/network connectivity across field devices and loggers.

Equipment & Inventory Management
RMA & Repairs: Manage repair, replacement, and processing of returned materials, components, and defective field devices.

Tool Inspection: Conduct weekly inspections of hand tools and testing instruments, keeping accurate status reports to ensure equipment safety and readiness.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Safety Protocols: Strictly enforce and comply with on-site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and local safety regulations.

PPE Compliance: Ensure the consistent and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all site visits and operational tasks.

Facility Operations & Collaboration
Office Facilities Maintenance: Oversee general office maintenance activities, including servicing air conditioning units, water filtration systems, and basic building utilities.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Communicate and collaborate effectively within the O&M team as well as across other business departments to support overall project delivery.
