Support internal campaigns, town halls, team-building activities, wellness programs, and company celebrations.
Build culture initiatives that align with the company’s brand, values, and start-up environment.
3. Employee Experience & Journey,
Design and improve the employee journey from onboarding to retention.
Create memorable employee experiences at key moments such as joining, probation completion, promotion, recognition, birthday celebrations, and exit interviews.
Develop communication tools, welcome kits, internal announcements, employee handbooks, and engagement materials.
Gather employee feedback through surveys, interviews, and engagement activities to improve workplace experience.
Recommend creative initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
4. Internal Communication & Employer Branding,
Support internal communication to ensure employees stay informed, engaged, and connected.
Create content for internal newsletters, HR campaigns, company events, and social media related to company culture.
Promote company values, achievements, and employee success stories internally and externally.
Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace in the aesthetic industry.
