– Be the subject matter expert of Singapore customers, especially in the e-commerce landscape, partners, and the needs of our end customers.
– Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends and the Singapore e-commerce channel to craft and execute Singapore’s Marketplace Strategy and Account Plan by working with local and regional teams.
– Partner with the cross-functional teams to drive key sales activities for key e-commerce marketplace accounts. This includes but is not limited to developing digital account plans, crafting quarterly sales campaigns (offers, marketing and advocacy activities) and leading sales programs, demand generation negotiations, operational and optimisation activities.
– Lead weekly performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders on progress of strategic initiatives, quarterly sales target performance and sales campaigns.
– Analyse data to obtain insights and uses it to informs the creation of solutions to sales problems.
– Develop trusted external relationships with the senior executives, sell in new ideas and inspire them to buy-in to new solutions that makes meaningful impact to Reseller and Apple’s business.
– Collaborate with Apple’s internal support functions (operations, marketing, legal, etc) in order to achieve our strategic goals in building capabilities to maximise sales with our reseller partners.
– Achieve or exceed signed sales quotas and be a guide in understanding and driving sales.
