Job Description

*** Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs that support employee growth, comply with internal procedures, and meet regulatory requirements.
*** Implement people management program and organizational effectiveness interventions in aligning with business goals.
*** Provide a broad range of roll out and execution services for all levels of employees to identify people management processes, including policies, procedures, problem solving, dispute resolution, and compliance.
*** Conduct training to managers and employees focusing on supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills.
*** Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, dashboards, and management reporting via analytic tools and HRIS reporting Work with other team members to assess and evaluate requests and needs from the various business units.
*** Demonstrate a commitment to improve and comply with SSHE policy, environment regulations as well as labor law.
*** Performs other related duties as assigned.

KEY MEASUREMENT
% of Progress rate of approved plan/ campaigns completed.
% of employee experience awareness.
% of data analytics accuracy.
HR annual report with business impact identification.
Internal customer satisfaction rate.

Job Requirement

Education and Experience: .
*** Bachelor’s degree in related fields
*** Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources field with a background in HROD, HRBP or HRM practitioner
*** Knowledge of HR professional process and Human Capital Index
*** Knowledge of Presentation Application or Software (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel) .

Required Skills/Abilities: .
*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills .
*** Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with a range of different stakeholders.
*** Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
*** Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
*** Analytical skills Proficient with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
